I took a loan out with these people £400 £100 o interest which is to be taken on the 12th Feb. But yesterday £100 was taken from our account, I telephoned them, and they said I agreed the 29th to take the money for the interest.Now they have announced we need to pay another £100 on top of the £400 so that £600 in total. Going to get advice fron Citizens Advice Bureau today.
Sound to me as I'm not the only one with problems with this company. Maybe should drop a line to Watchdog.

I have a payday loan with these guys, after much messing around with them not taking the money out of my account when supposed too I have now built up interest of £112!!!! £75 of which they took out of my account on Thursday which they werent supposed to do until the end of December. After calling them to rearranged a refund, which they agreed to do as a same day transfer due to their stupidity, it's now Saturday and have still not received this money back, being left with nothing for me and my daughter!! If I could get away with it I wouldnt give them a penny back after putting me through so much stress!!!!!!! After being told the money would be back in my account before 5:30 yesterday I had called around 4:30 and was told if it wasnt in my account by then I should call back only to find out their offices close at 5:30, this company is a complete sham!! I want my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what a load of rubbish. this company doesnt want to trade in my eyes. there useless. application screen is pointless and doesnt make sense. no one gets back to you.u never know wether your approved or declined. crap

website is a joke! had to apply 3 times as i wasnt given any cofimation screen at end of process, nor any emails to say i had apllied! had to ring then up aswell 3 times, all's they told me was to apply again as they didnt have no application, which i did, then nothing again. JOKE! Thanks CASH CHOICES UK

Website a nightmare, my details didnt go in correctly after I hit return, they had to contact thier It department which is in America, were meant to get back to me, despite numberous calls/messages they didnt call back, wodnerign what they are all about.
