Beware!! Their consumer credit license expired in January this year (you can verify at http://www2.crw.gov.uk/pr/default.aspx for their consumer credit license number 548370). Apparently they are still trading. This means that if you have a debt from them after the expiry of their license, it may not be enforceable. Please take advise of a legal expert if you have a dealing with this lender.

Hi, We would advise you to directly ask them about their license status. You can reference our site or OFT's website. As such you do not have any perceivable risk in dealing with them. Only that, there agreement may not be enforceable. Also, they may not be very respectable of legal guidelines, as is reflected by their trading without a valid license. In case, they mention that they have a new license, please update us as well for the benefit of other users.

No idea.. checked their

No idea.. checked their license status again. Even if they are lending with a new license, it's not to be found on their website. The payday loan industry in UK, as you might know is not heavily regulated.
