no customer concern

i applied couple times in last few weeks. didnt get a decline/accept decision. didnt even contact me via phone or email. there are much better companys out there. top for customer contact is THL. there brillaint. i applied at 1pm once and by half 1 had the money.

i applied for loan was told i would get an email shortly,no email came tried to ring them voice mail only i am worried as i have handed over my bank card details.not avery good company.

Dear Customer, as per the number of enquiries we receive we are unable to deal with each declined application in detail. If an application is declined an email will automatically be sent. Got £300 from this company will be using them again!! The chap on the phone was very sweet and I will be using them in future when I need a same day loan.

Dont Touch them

I was a few days in paying Microlend in July and out of courtesy i informed them, when they eventually took the money the had charged me the loan amount plus interest which is fair enough but then slapped on £50 for being late, they are also very very rude. One person uses the name of Brian Long and other names claiming he is from the legal dept, they also use different mobile numbers and makes threats and calls any time of the night!!!

Marie Anne - False Claim!

Dear Readers, we have now found out who Marie Anne actually is! This lady took out a loan with us and failed to repay it back. After several attempts to contact her she decided to totally ignore us. She has now been taken to court by our legal department and proceedings have begun and obviously her repayment has increased greatly. All we ask for is honesty and a clear line of communication. One of the better pay day lenders

I have been doing business with them for about a year and I have never had any problems with them and in fact they have now offered me a way to pay off the original amount of £200 so I don't keep incurring high interest charges every month and the loan will be cleared in full in a few months. The guy who I speak to on the phone is very nice. I recommend them.

personal document

i tried to do business with Micro lend uk and i was told my application was successful and i should fax some document to include passport and credit card i will be using to pay back the loan. i wasn't able getting any one on the phone but they did reply to my email telling me i have been declined, fair enough. but based on my application, they had enough information to make a dicesion without taking personal document which was only proving what i submitted on my application in the first place. i hope it's not used for other purpose.

Hi, thank you for your post. To clarify, you were only informed that your application was initially approved. We cannot make the correct desicions based on information merely told to us in an application. To ensure responsible lending practices we require documentation and once recieved it is looked through carefully and a final desicion is made thereafter.

I have used them and never had a problem. Warning though, if you are going to take out a payday loan then you have to pay it back on their terms. Read the terms before applying?

Thank you Sharon for your response to this thread. The customer concerned did not pay her loan back as per her terms and conditions or as per a judgement that was taken out against her. She still has a large outstanding balance. As long as you keep to the terms and conditions of the loan, we will do everything as promised.

What staff I have only every spoken to a Brian Long, is Micro Lend UK Kltd still trading as they debited money from my bank account using my Debit Card on 25.06.09 I have been calling there office for the past 5 days and have send emails never had a replyI agree with Kerry Brown a bunch of crooks they are a scam

Micro Lend UK

I am warning everyone not to have a Pay Day Loan from this Company they are Loan Sharks. I set up a Payment Plan, with them to repay my Pay Day Loan and instead of taken the agreed amount, they used my Debit Card and cleaned out my account and left me pennyless. A bunch of crooks.
