The staff turnover rate is staggeringly high, and although the staff training isn't so bad, there is no follow up when you're on the floor, so I'm amazed that more mistakes aren't made to be honest. That, and the morale is terrible, so workers have little or no inclination in trying to work their hardest, so in the long run, the customer pays for it.

From the customer's point of view though, I would advise AGAINST using Pounds Til Payday, or any of their other guises. To be honest, you'd do better asking your local bank for help, as at least you get some leeway if you need! Northways will insist that you repay the loan and charges in full on your pay day, and they will not move an inch if your pay date changes, or is delayed etc.
