Really really good company.

Have been using them for the past few months or so and they are very friendly on the phone and very helpful and accommodating.

I unexpectedly ran into some financial trouble recently and emailed them to ask if i could pay my loan back in installments. They emailed back promptly with a really friendly and understanding email and offered me a more than reasonable payment plan over 5 months and also froze all interest and defaults while i paid back the loan.

And they have just taken their first installment and kept to their end of the agreement so far by taking the correct amount.

I've used a fair few payday companies in my time and so far these guys have impressed me the most!!

I was really worried about asking them for help with my payments as most payday companies dont seem to be very flexible at all, but to my surprise they were really cool about it and very helpful. I will deffo be recommending them in future.

I have had a couple of loans with this company although i have just gone to reloan with them and they told me they are not issuing anymore loans for the month???

applied 2pm, just got my money 3pm. had to chase them up, as time was getting on, but they told me they had to check i worked where i did, i hung up, he took 30secs to ring me back, and the money was in my account 3mins later (i was counting!) Very efficient service Well pleased, highly recommended

same here. Have had a couple of loans with them and they only ring you at work for verification the first time you take a loan. After that, you can just re apply and the money goes straight into your account. No probs yet, fingers crossed i wont have any in future!
