Constantly told me they could not collect payments then added charges although there were no problems. Referred my account to debt collection agency despite my payments being otally up to date. Only received reluctant apolgy. Finally started taking small payments from account far exceeding what was due still fighting them over this. Please please please do not go near this company even if you are despartate

i thought they were really good helped me out said i was having problems paying and were very helpful.

I had exactly the same experience - called me and took all the details I'd already given online - then asked for bank statements which I sent - claimed they couldn't read them so I sent about 3 more times only to be told then I was declined - total waste of time.

Pretty much same as above told me money would be there by 6pm after being approved when i got hold of the next they said sorry they would not lend really take the piss.. DO NOT USE

THEY ARE A JOKE.......AGREED MY LOAN CALLED ME ABOUT TEN TIMES, AT WORK, MOBILE AND OFFICE TO TELL ME THAT I HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED AND SIGNED MY CONTRACT AND THAT THE MONEY WOULD BE IN BY 6.... COME 6 CHECKED NO MONEY CALLED JUST AFETR 6 THEY AHBE LEFT THE OFFICE ..SOMEONE SAID AND THEIR WEBSITE SAID 8AM TO 10PM.... FINALLY GOT THEM THE NEXT MORNING ONLY TO BE TOLD TO SEND IN MY INTERNET STATEMENT, WHICH I DID ONLY TO BE TOLD AGAIN THAT IT LOOKED TYPED....SO I RESENT... AND AFTER FEW HOURS I CALLED ONLY TO BE TOLD YOU HAVE BEEN DECLINED!!!!!

STAY CLEAR THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH AND I THINK THEY ARE AMERICAN AS WELL COULD BE A SCAM HOPE THEY DON'T TAKE MONEY OFF ME ACCOUNT!
