Our Review

Apart from slightly conservative eligibility criteria, their finance as well as CHAPs charges are also slightly on the higher side. The application is not SSL secured and they also do not seem to have a separate privacy policy on their website. Their website is not clear about the requirement of faxed documents.

Had a few loans with this company and fell into difficulties (husband became ill).

They set up an arrangement and I paid it off last month. Couldn't be more helpful and friendly.

How do you get on to their website?

Just to say I have used these guys a couple of times when i needed money help and they were ok.

I have had loans with this company, i have no overdraft on my bank account i made them aware my payment date had changed due to my wages going in on a different date yet they have taken money out of my account that i dont have an over draft on and have made me go overdrawn!!! I contacted my bank who said this company dont check to see if you have correct funds in your bank they just take it out!!

Be very wary of this company, they offered me a payday loan despite my bad credit which was good of them, thats the only time they were. They were supposed to take the re-payment on a certain date but in fact they took it in two installments over 4 days and didn't stick to yheir agreement. This left me overdrawn with ny bank resulting in charges of over £30. To top this off, I lost my wallet at work so cancelled my cards etc, I did however give them my new card details but they used the old one which will be athorised by your bank even if cancelled resulting in further charges and they took it illegally as it shows on the statement as cash being withdrawn so have used other methods. This was deemed a breach in policies and have been reported by my bank to the FSA an even the police for fraud.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Be careful with this company. Check their terms and conditions link as they do not tell you that they do a credit search on you and pass your details onto other payday loan companies, leave a footprint on your credit file and basically shout to all and sundry that you are a credit risk, if you are turned down by them. So if you have bad credit do not apply to these people.
